We prioritise transparency and aim to ensure all attendees have a clear understanding of our policies. Below are the Terms & Conditions for course bookings, payments, cancellations, and related matters. By purchasing tickets or participating in our courses, you agree to these terms.

1. Insufficient Bookings

1.1 Ticket Validity:
If a course does not meet the minimum number of bookings, your ticket will remain valid for the next scheduled course of the same type.

1.2 Refund Option:
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, you may request a full refund.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Course Changes

2.1 Course Cancellation by Us:

  • Should we cancel a course, you may:

    • Transfer to an alternative date.

    • Request a full refund.

2.2 Fees for Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes:

  • Refunds, cancellations, and course-change requests made within 30 days of the course start date will incur a fee of £25 per attendee, per seminar day.

2.3 Switching to a Different Course:

  • Transfers to another course led by the same instructor may be allowed if the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original course date.

2.4 Late Arrival Policy:

  • Attendees who arrive late but choose to remain for the rest of the course are not eligible for full or partial refunds.

2.5 Documentation Requirements:

  • If required documentation cannot be provided, attendees should contact us to explore alternative arrangements.

2.6 On-the-Day Payments:

  • We do not usually accept cash payments. In exceptional cases, and only if previously agreed upon with the instructor, cash payments made on the day of the course may incur an additional £15 administration fee.

2.7 Venue Changes:

  • Courses may be moved to larger venues within the same town. This does not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refunds.

2.8 Repeater Tickets:

  • Repeater tickets are non-refundable if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the course start date. However, they may be used for another session with the same instructor within 12 months.

2.9 Additional Family-Member Discounts:

  • Discounts may be offered for additional family members attending. Specific terms will vary by course and will be clarified at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Promotions

3.1 Price Adjustments:

  • We reserve the right to adjust course prices during the year. Price changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.

3.2 Gratis Ticket Holders:

  • Complimentary ticket holders may request Silva International royalty-dependent documentation (such as Silva ID Cards, Certificates, and Student Books) for completed foundation modules within six months.

3.3 Money-Back Guarantee:

  • This guarantee is valid only for tickets purchased directly through our official ticketing service (TicketTailor) unless we agreed expressly. Please contact us for further details.

4. Payment and Discount Policies

4.1 Advanced Bookings - Offline Payments:

  • Payment for advanced bookings must be received in full before the course begins to secure your place.

4.2 Repeater Ticket Refunds for Referrals:

  • Repeat attendees who refer a new participant may qualify for a refund after the course, provided specific conditions are met.

4.3 Group Booking Discounts:

  • Discounts for group bookings are available for selected courses. Terms and eligibility will be provided at the time of enquiry or booking.

5. Affiliate and Partnership Programmes

5.1 General Affiliate Terms:

  • Affiliates are required to comply with the terms set out in their agreements.

5.2 Private Affiliate Schemes:

  • Special terms apply for private affiliates. These terms will be outlined in separate agreements.
