My Silva Healing Experience

Spending the spring on board our boat in France, my husband called; we were going into a mooring and he needed me to secure the boat. It was raining slight but I hadn’t thought to change into deck shoes! Taking the mooring ropes I jumped on to the slippery pontoon, my feet skidded beneath me and I sat down heavily, scraping the inside of my legs from ankle to thigh on the wooden planks!
I felt my body react; shock going through me like huge waves – but literally within seconds, three fingers together, I went into ‘Silva Mode.’ At Alpha level I took charge, doing a rapid sweep of my body; nothing was broken. O.K. Relax!
My husband, having secured the boat, pulled me to my feet and helped into the cabin but as I lay down, seeing his concern, I said: ‘Feel my pulse.’ He did. It was absolutely normal! My body had obeyed my mind. My husband, a medical doctor was amazed as I indicated silence.
Then, noticing both legs were bleeding from ankle to inner thigh, I focused my Silva attention; Body, heal yourself, stop bleeding. I visualized the blood stopping and the healing of the skin already beginning. I focused all the power of my attention on those areas, hovering my hands over the torn skin, projecting what I wanted to happen, seeing the healing finished and also (very importantly) leaving no scars. My energy was very powerful because I was motivated and having had successes previously, I had no absolutely doubt that my body would obey me!
Keeping total focus we watched as the skin calmed down, losing redness, and the damaged areas losing puffiness. Ten minutes or so later, it looked as though not much had happened. And finally, there was no scaring, hardly anything to show that there had been damage or trauma.
This is the power of the mind. This is Silva at its best!
